Thailand Day 5

It was another amazing day of teaching music to the kids here in Thailand. My star student Apple is helping me learn the song "How Great is our God" in Thai. I'm learning the pronunication of the words and how to count in Thai. It's only the second day of music lessons and the kids have progressed so much. They can play the entire chord progression for "How Great is our God." Being able to learn simple songs and words in Thai makes me feel so much more connected to the children and their culture. After the music class we took the children outside to play soccer and board games. For lunch we had this amazing Thai style chicken and soup noodles.

After the lesson, I got to go to a Muay Thai boxing gym and take a class there. The coach there was really cool. My host family brought us all to a sushi hotpot restaurant tonight and it was so fun gettting hotpot dishes from a revolving conveyor belt.
