ABSENCES, MAKE-UP LESSONS AND MORE...

• A flat rate is charged on the 1st of every month. It is automatically deducted regardless of absences or makeups. A withdrawal must be filled out before the 15th of the last month student plans on attending to cancel automatic card payments for the next month.

• If a student cancels within the 48-hour notice or is sick, they are allowed a 1-hour group makeup class on Saturday or on a day that one is made available. There will be a sheet of available makeup class dates and times at the reception desk. The makeup group class may be in the form of a group vocal, guitar, art or other special interests class. 

• No private lessons are "pushed back" or made up in a one on one setting. 

• Our studio runs on a 48 week year. There is an average of 4 lessons per month. During holiday cancellations and closings, the lessons are made up during the months that there are 5 weeks. (as we do not charge more for the months that there are 5 weeks, just the flat rate)

LESSON LOGISTICS

• Please arrive at the studio 10-15 min before the lesson is scheduled to begin.

• Lessons must end on time, to make time for the following student, please do not be late for class.

• There is no food/drinks allowed in the studio. Bathroom, snack, water, etc should be taken care of outside the lesson time.

• Crayons, paper, coloring books, and a puzzle cube may be available for siblings who are waiting.

• Parents may observe their child's lesson quietly without disturbing the class
